Unfortunately if your trade has less than 15 accepted items we are unable to offer a shipping credit. The credit will be applied once we have received and processed your trade.

ultimatebuyback.com is not responsible for product that is lost or damaged during shipping. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance based on the replacement cost of your quote. ultimatebuyback.com does offer a shipping insurance credit based on USPS insurance rates for all orders over $100. Please note that you MUST purchase insurance in order to receive the insurance credit from ultimatebuyback.com.
